This is my first time as a landlord and I’ve had a great experience with Neil. He guided us through everything we needed to do and helped us with contacts for companies to get all the required certificates from. He answers all questions quickly and accurately which is fantastic, and we asked lots so he has patience too! He vets tenants extremely thoroughly and will only rent your property to good people. He came highly recommended from my Mum in law who had rented a house through Thomson Residential and we definitely made the right choice in getting Neil to be our letting agent! Thanks Neil 🙂
