Neil has taken over the management of two properties for me in recent months and his service and professionalism are excellent. He has significant experience and deals most efficiently with all aspects of the process in finding a suitable tenant. Furthermore, Neil, appears to have numerous contacts with tradesmen with respects to maintaince issues. He deals with any issue in a most timeous manner (something which other letting companies failed to do). He is fair and equitable when dealing with matters that arise with tenants.
