We rented our flat in Shawlands through Thomson and they were fantastic. During our two-and-a-half-years in the property some issues popped up with the boiler, cooker and bathroom and Thomson were excellent in resolving the situations promptly. We had a new boiler and cooker installed and the issues with the shower were also fixed. On each occasion this was done quickly and without any hassle. Communication was great and we were happy to have our full deposit returned to us without any delay, which sadly is a rarity when renting.
