We have arrangements in place should a tenant have an emergency outside of office hours. An emergency is where a property or items within a property can be damaged e.g. a substantial water leak, or where there is a problem with heating, hot water or electrics and the issue CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY. If a tenant finds themselves in this position then they should:-
- Click on Report a Repair on our website and log the problem through the Fixflo system. If the issue is deemed to be an emergency you will be put through to a company called PropCall. They will triage the issue and then, if applicable, they will assign a contractor to attend to the problem with a given timeframe.
If for any reason this process does not work then tenants should arrange a contractor, pay for their services and provide us with a receipt on the next available working day.
If a tenant is locked out then they should call a locksmith, pay for their services and provide us with a receipt on the next available working day. Depending on the circumstances they may be reimbursed but this will be at our discretion.
